Kouamé Koffi Eric
Biography:
Kouame Koffi Eric is an expert in environment and chemical technologies, specialising in pollution management, contaminated site characterisation and contaminant analysis in natural environments.
He holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Volgograd State Technical University (Russia), a Master's degree in Earth Sciences – Environmental Technologies from Université Laval (Canada), and a third-cycle diploma in Chemical Sciences from Irkutsk National Research Technical University (Russia). He also worked as an associate researcher at the A.E. Favorsky Institute of Chemistry, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
With a multidisciplinary and international background, he works on high-stakes environmental projects: environmental and social impact assessments, contaminant risk management (soil, water, air), remediation technologies, and integration of regulatory requirements and international environmental standards.

Adjehi Avene Otinel
Biography:
Adjehi Avene Otinel is a climate and energy expert, specialising in climate transparency systems, greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, climate policy monitoring and strategic support for governments in their energy transition and low-carbon development trajectories.
He holds a Master's degree in Geohazards and Environmental Engineering and is currently completing a Master's degree in Renewable Energies (Technology & Entrepreneurship) at Institut Polytechnique de Paris. His expertise covers the design and operationalisation of national climate transparency systems, GHG emission reduction quantification following IPCC guidelines (2006–2019), and monitoring and evaluation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).
He contributed to the elaboration of Côte d'Ivoire's Biennial Transparency Report (BTR) submitted to the UNFCCC, as well as to the preparation of national contributions presented at COP 29 and COP 30.

Logbo Roméo Denis Jean de Dieu
Biography:
Logbo Roméo Denis Jean de Dieu is a design engineer in mines, specialising in petroleum geology and oil exploration. He holds expertise across the entire upstream value chain, from hydrocarbon research and exploration to production optimisation.
Trained at the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (Moscow) — an internationally recognised institution in oil, gas and energy technologies — he has a solid grounding in petroleum geology, petroleum systems, reservoir engineering, and drilling and completion techniques.
Since September 2012, he has been a university lecturer and Head of the Mining, Geology and Petroleum Department at the Académie Internationale des Sciences et Techniques (AIST) in Côte d'Ivoire.
